About Us
Mission
United by our core values of Faith, Family, Knowledge, and Service, St. Anthony Catholic School is committed to providing a learning environment that promotes academic excellence, spiritual growth, and moral development. Preparing students to be good stewards of God’s gifts.
Purpose
We are committed to:
Educating the whole child spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.
Developing close personal relationships with God through worship, service, and lived Gospel values.
Providing a challenging, well-rounded curriculum through the collaboration of teachers, students, parents, church, and the community.
Programs
St. Anthony Catholic School offers a Christ-centered learning environment with 11 full-time homeroom teachers in grades 3K-8, guiding students from the moment they enter the classroom daily. The art, music, physical education, foreign language, band, and media arts instructors balance our rigorous academic program.
Eighth-grade students who successfully complete all coursework have the opportunity to graduate from St. Anthony with up to five high school credits.
We have added clubs of interest and additional sports for students in all grades. These include the Coding Club, Yearbook, Trail Life, and American Heritage Girls. Our sports program has grown to include soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and track and field.
Over the past several years, one of our greatest accomplishments as a school community has been in the area of outreach. Throughout the school year, students support local and national outreach programs. Students learn firsthand the services and needs that different agencies in the South Carolina area have. Students support these projects by making cards, collecting clothes, providing food for the food pantry of St. Anthony Church, and raising money.
